Accounting Analyst

A company is looking for an Accounting Analyst to support daily financial and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue client invoices, track accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances

Review, code, and process vendor invoices, maintain vendor records, and ensure compliance with company policies

Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting

Required Qualifications Education & Experience

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2+ years of experience in an accounting or financial analyst role

Hands-on experience using Unanet for invoicing and financial reporting

Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups

Must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident for 3 years and be Federal Tax compliant
