The pay range per hour is $26.50 - $45.05. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store. This team also leads inventory accuracy, presentation and pricing processes for all areas of the store. This team leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food safe experience. Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

• Retail business and guest service fundamentals including department sales trends, freshness and quality, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies
• Planning department(s) daily / weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals
• Process improvements and workload efficiency
• Leading a team of hourly team members; including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent.
• Coaching and training hourly team members to build a team of hourly team members with direction from your direct leader
