Education & Experience :
- CPA required; MST preferred
- 10+ years in Public Accounting with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal & State tax (consolidated & multi-state returns)
- Exposure to international / foreign tax matters a plus
- Excellent technical, communication, and people management skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
