Senior Project Manager - Structural

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Structural Department in Newark, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural design projects from initial concept through construction completion.
• Lead the development of structural analyses, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate project deliverables with architectural teams and other engineering disciplines.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring strong communication and successful project delivery.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract administration for multiple projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout all phases of design.
• Support the growth of the Structural Design department through leadership and collaboration.

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000 to $185,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
