Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Care Coordinator located in Austin, TX. The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing client communications, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks could include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and handling any client issues or concerns. Additionally, the Client Care Coordinator will be expected to maintain a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and handle customer inquiries efficiently
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
