We're seeking dedicated individuals to fill immediate openings as substitute paraprofessionals in Philadelphia and Bucks County.

No prior teaching experience is required, and our hiring coordinators are available to guide you through the application and onboarding process.

About the Role :

A substitute paraprofessional works alongside the classroom teacher to provide additional support to students with special needs, promoting academic and personal growth.

The role involves supplementing regular classroom curriculum and providing individualized support to students.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide instructional reinforcement for individual students or small groups of students
• Assist the teacher with classroom management and general supervision of the class
• Support administrative duties such as setting up equipment and preparing materials
• Supervise students during school hours, including the cafeteria, schoolyard, specials, hallways, field trips, and before and after-school programs
• Attend to students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs
• Support students with special needs by following provisions specified in their IEPs / 504 Plans
• Perform other duties as directed by the classroom teacher and school administration

Requirements :

Compensation : $10-$17 / hour
