Salary : 140K - 150K

About the Role

We’re looking for an Art Director to lead and elevate the creative vision of a fast-moving beauty brand. This role is both hands-on and leadership-focused —you’ll actively design, art direct, and manage projects, while also mentoring and guiding a team of four designers (Senior, Mid, Junior, and Packaging).

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong on-set production experience , and has a track record in CPG and / or Health / Beauty. You’ll translate big-picture brand direction into pixel-perfect executions across social, packaging, digital, and e-commerce, ensuring every touchpoint is trend-relevant and aligned with Gen Z audiences.

What You’ll Do

Creative Leadership & Brand Stewardship

• Act as the Creative Director’s right hand, ensuring design quality and consistency across all channels
• Translate brand vision into briefs, moodboards, and final creative assets
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of four designers while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
• Provide constructive, actionable feedback that strengthens both the work and the team
• Partner with the Director of Creative Operations to keep projects on track and on schedule
