Job Summary : The Project Support Associate (PSA) provides support to the Project Manager Team. Specifically, the PSA assists the Project Manager in translation management, getting country approval of proofs and creating Links reports for printing. The PSA creates / uploads Kit list and is doing other administrative work for the PM Team.

Responsibilities :

• Create Links Reports based on client supplied information
• Request Translation and or Regulatory review from our external vendor
• Create or double check Translations Work Order in ATLAS or client specific software
• Maintain the client specific ATLAS client library
• Create or upload Kit List
• Place Label / booklets orders for manufacturing
• Log client approved Links Reports into the System (CMAP)
• Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas
