Your Mission

Own the customer experience from first knock to final walkthrough. Educate homeowners, offer clear options, and deliver code-compliant solutions that stand the test of time. While the focus is residential, you may occasionally support light commercial requests.

Impact You’ll Make

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing problems; recommend and perform best-fit repairs and installations for pipes, fixtures, and home appliances.
• Conduct preventive inspections to reduce callbacks and prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with customers to plan work and provide exceptional service.
• Follow all applicable plumbing codes and safety protocols without compromise.
• Capture precise documentation of labor, parts, and recommendations.
• Mentor apprentices and support skill development across the team.
