Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details : \n

  • Work night shifts from 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM (3x12s)

    • \n

  • 36 guaranteed hours per week

    • \n

  • 26 week contract assignment

    • \n

  • Must float to other units as needed

    • \n

  • Patient ratio averages 1 : 7

    • \n

  • Every other weekend and holiday requirement

    • \n

  • 5 days RTO auto approved with requirement to make up on back end

    • \n

  • One holiday off may be requested

    • \n

  • No on-call requirements

    • \n

  • 2+ years of Cardiac Telemetry Med Surg experience required

    • \n

  • EPIC experience required (minimum 6 months)

    • \n

  • Must have previous travel experience (2-3 travel assignments of at least 13 weeks each)

    • \n

  • Required certifications : ACLS, BLS (AHA only), NIH

    • \n

  • Virginia State License or Compact required

    • \n

  • Navy blue scrub color required

    • \n

  • Care for acute care patients with Med Surg / Telemetry or Stepdown conditions

    • \n

  • Work with EPIC electronic medical records system

    • \n\n

The facility features at least 30 beds per unit and provides comprehensive acute care services.
