SUMMARY
The Manager of Technical Pre-Sales Support will serve as a key technical interface between Qcells’ commercial organization and its utility-scale customers across solar PV and energy storage segments. This role is responsible for translating complex customer requirements into technically viable and commercially optimized solutions, supporting the pursuit of new EPC and equipment-only opportunities.
The ideal candidate combines technical depth in PV and energy storage design with strong communication and collaboration skills. This individual will actively contribute to project qualification, solution development, and proposal generation across the pre-sales lifecycle. They will work closely with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, and Project Execution to ensure proposals are not only technically sound but also aligned with Qcells’ strategic goals.
This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer or another management personnel that CCO may designate, and is Hybrid-based in Houston, TX or Irvine, CA and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm or 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm local time. This position may require up to 30% travel.
