Resident Caregiver

Description

Our compassionate team of professional staff take pride in caring for our residents, helping each one to live in a comfortable and dignified lifestyle. As a med tech / caregiver you will assist residents with activities in daily living, such as medication, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, light housekeeping and recognize and report changes in resident conditions as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of related work experience or training preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Possess or ability to obtain all state required credentials and certifications, including CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to move up to 25 lbs. and assist in transferring residents weighing more than 100 lbs.
• Current HCA, CNA, or equivalent credential a plus (not required).
