A company is looking for a Real Estate Document Specialist to perform internal due diligence on land rights.

Key Responsibilities

Perform internal due diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness of land rights

Prepare land-related contracts and agreements using preapproved templates

Utilize established policies and procedures to effectively perform work

Required Qualifications

Understanding of various land-related contracts and agreements

Knowledge of how to read and interpret land legal descriptions

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Right of Way / Real Estate industry as a Document Specialist
