ICU (Intensive Care Unit) 2 years exp required

Required Certifications

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

1 day : NEO

BLS

Trauma hospital experience required (Level I or II)

1 : 1 or 1 : 2 (typical ICU)

Beta Adrenergic : Isuprel

Duties : EKGs, blood sugars, procedures setup, I / Os, ADLs, lab draws (also phlebotomists)

Manage vents, intubate, ABGs, assist with trachs

Centralized telemetry monitored by USR (Unit Support Role)

Self-schedule

Only Christmas Day required (not Christmas Eve)

To MedSurg / Tele units

Cardiac (post-open heart, balloon pump, impella)
