Job description$600K initial package includes $550K base compensation plus $50K starting and retention bonuses Paid relocation Competitive RVU model with a strong internal and external Primary Care referral network Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability and life insurance Malpractice insurance, including tail coverage Guthrie 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan Allowance for primary licensure / DEA fees and renewals $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician who is hired on a full-time basis $20,000 referral bonus if you refer an Anesthesiologist who is hired on a full-time basis Generous vacation time in addition to holidays and sick leave Traditional work week with flexible scheduling options Mid-sized city with an abundance of indoor and outdoor activities / amenities without the bumper-to-bumper daily commute CME stipend and allowance Teaching opportunities with Guthries residency and fellowship programs Physician mentoring and leadership opportunities are available Accompanying partner placement assistance available Established professional and social interest groups for physicians Dedicated Onboarding Specialist and Provider Services team to ensure a successful start at Guthrie
