Product Manager / Plant Leader

Pepin Manufacturing is a growing company, and we are hiring a Product Manager / Plant Leader for our Wabasha MN Site!!

• Full-Time 1st Shift, Mon. – Fri. Hours are 6 : 30 am – 3 : 00 pm
• Salary Range : $60k – $80k. Compensation based on experience & skills

• Are you a Leader? Do you like Math? Are you Creative? Do you have some Mechanical Aptitude? Have experience with SolidWorks / Drafting? If so – the Product Manager Position / Plant Leader may be for you!!!
• The Product Manager / Plant Leader is responsible for assisting production and sales by providing costing for products and assisting with the development processes to manufacture new products to internal and external customer specifications. This will involve the converting, slitting, lint roller, urethane and electrotherapy divisions. Duties will include technical assistance to sales staff; evaluating product application and trends; assisting sales and purchasing with material sourcing; working with press operators to determine how parts will run on press; and ongoing monitoring of product costs.
• You also will have PMI Team Members reporting to you and will be responsible for safety, quality, building infrastructure and production / shipping at our Wabasha, MN plant.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work with others on existing & new projects within the medical device and industrial product fields is a prerequisite.
