Seeking a motivated and proactive Assistant Facilities Manager to be a single point of contact responsible for the daily operations and management of supporting banking retail branches surrounding the greater US. This is a remote role however the candidate must live in one of the following areas to be considered : Southern California, Cincinnati Ohio, or Minneapolis Minnesota. Check out some of your day :

• Support retail portfolio operations by implementing strategic initiatives.
• Manage work order lifecycle using Corrigo Work Order Management system, including creating work order requests, coordinating scheduling, and verifying completion of maintenance activities.
• Monitor key system routines and report performance metrics to Senior Facilities Manager to maintain optimal customer satisfaction.
• Process invoices and purchase orders accurately using P-Card while ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
• Manage mail distribution for retail portfolio operations and maintain organized communication workflows.
• Request and provide certificates of insurance to ensure proper coverage and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct research and analysis on facility operations to support data-driven decision making and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with generating detailed reports on maintenance trends and portfolio metrics for management review.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Clients while supporting best-in-class facility management standards.
• Contribute to the development of operational best practices and process improvements across the retail portfolio.
• Champion and promote a proactive safety culture by modeling safe behaviors, conducting regular safety discussions with team members, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall facility management objectives.

Here is who we are looking for :

Schedule : Monday - Friday day shift.

Pay $70,000-80,000 annually.

Estimated compensation for this position : 70,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

Location : Remote -Cincinnati, OH, Los Angeles, CA, St. Paul, MN.
