Job descriptionPatient Demographics : Adult inpatient Annual Patient Encounters : 4,000 ICU Coverage : Hospitalists round on ICU (10 beds), intensivist available on-call Vent Management : Must provide case logs for ventilator management Facility Type : Acute Care Hospital Bed Count : 99 beds, including 10 ICU beds EMR System : EDIF Medhost Specialty Backup : Intensivist available for ICU support Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Credentialing Timeline : To be determined Temporary / Expedited Privileges : Not specified Required Documentation : Vent management case logs Malpractice Insurance : Paid Pay Rate Structure : Daily OT after 12 hours (based on differential); Weekly OT after 168 hours (based on fixed) REQUIRED PROCEDURES Ventilator management (documentation required) General inpatient hospitalist duties, including admissions, rounding, and discharges Licenses : Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain) Board : Board Certification required (FM or IM physicians qualify) DEA : Active DEA registration required prior to start Residency : Completion of accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage for adult patients Round on ICU patients and coordinate wi
