About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding standard product orders. You’ll handle order entry, provide updates, and resolve inquiries while working closely with internal and external sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Follow up on incomplete or pending orders
- Receive and process serial-tracked items for recertification
- Collaborate with internal departments and external sales representatives
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentPrior customer service experience (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams (preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and time managementAbility to multitask and work independentlyProblem-solving skills
