Locum Physician (MD / DO) - Urology - $400 to $450 per hour in Sierra Vista, AZ

Urology Locums Coverage with Expedited Credentialing in Arizona A fantastic Interim Urology Physician Assignment in Arizona is seeking coverage! This Short-Term locums opportunity offers excellent work-life balance and highly desired No Call requirements. Highlights No Call required for this Per Diem Coverage assignment. Expedited Privileges available for providers with clean histories. Travel and Lodging Provided for out-of-state physicians. Malpractice Insurance Included for all Locums shifts. Open to IMLC Physicians with an active Letter of Qualification (LOQ). Practice Setting Medical Setting is a Mix of Inpatient & Outpatient responsibilities. Patient Volume is approximately 25-30 patients with a 10-bed department. Excellent Support Staff , including two MAs and a highly experienced APP. Schedule Ongoing Need with 5-10 shifts per month still available. Block Scheduling with Only 1-2 Weeks per Month - you pick the dates that work for you. Scheduled time is Monday-Friday (2 days in clinic / 3 days in OR). Procedures and Cases Types of Cases are primarily General Adult Urology . Procedures details available upon request. Patient Ages are exclusively Adult . Requirements Must be Board Certified in Urology . Required Certifications include ACLS and BLS . Required State Licensure in Arizona (or eligibility for expedited). Credentialing Requirements Credentialing Timeframe allows for Expedited Privileges .
