Duration : 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Contract Type : W2 Only

Location : Remote

Pay Rate : $40-45 Per Hour on W2 basis

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop customer-centered, performance-based content.
Design content that offers relevant practice and encourages feedback.
Leverage up-to-date knowledge and skills in content creation.
Utilize expert resources and feedback to enhance training materials.
Manage projects efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve targeted outcomes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Undergraduate degree in instructional design technology, education, communication, English, technical writing, or any discipline requiring mastery of written communication skills or equivalent experience preferred.

Demonstrated experience in adult learning theory and performance-based learning.

Proficient in the ADDIE process.

Proficient in developing both Instructor-led and Web-based training using a variety of software tools.

Proficient in Google Workspaces, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proficient with Articulate, Camtasia, and InDesign.
