Job Title : Registered Nurse I

Shift : Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00), Monday to Friday

Experience : Minimum of 1 full year of Adult Home Health or Hospice experience

License : Must have a valid nursing license in hand

Certifications : CPR and BLS

Must-Have :

• Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS, with recent experience within the last 6 months
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and necessary auto insurance
• Willingness to travel up to 75 miles from the assigned care center
• Ability to complete documentation within 24 hours of a patient appointment
