DPT Physical Therapist (Home Care) - Full Time

M-F / Day Shift

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus / $30,000 Student Loan Reimbursement

MLR is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Home Care Physical Therapist to deliver top-notch physical therapy services to our clients in their homes. The perfect candidate will possess a robust background in physical therapy, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine passion for assisting individuals in reaching their health and wellness objectives.

Responsibilities for a Home Care Physical Therapist :

Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' physical therapy needs.

Develop and execute personalized treatment plans based on assessment results.

Administer hands-on therapy and exercise programs to enhance clients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function.

Educate clients and their families on methods to manage and prevent physical limitations.

Track and document clients' progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications for a Home Care Physical Therapist :

Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Active and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.

Prior experience in home care or a related setting is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
