Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of experience in property management, retail, or sales Leasing, sales, and customer service experience preferred Yardi experience is a must Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is required Strong communication and multitasking skills Basic accounting and reporting knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Assist residents in person with rent payments, fees, and service-related issues Support leasing and marketing efforts Help coordinate resident activities and community engagement Maintain resident files and support with delinquencies and documentation Prepare weekly reports and assist with administrative tasks Provide backup support to the Property Manager as needed

Join Our Team as an Assistant Property Manager! Maple and Oak Management is a dynamic and growing Property Management Company that takes pride in delivering exceptional service to our residents. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

Position : Assistant Property Manager
We are looking for someone with strong leadership qualities, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in property management, retail service, or sales and be ready to step in and support day-to-day operations.
