In this hybrid role based at our Chicago Headquarters, the ideal candidate will execute the development and optimization of automated marketing journeys across the member lifecycle. Design and implement multi-step workflows that drive engagement, retention, and conversion. Translate data into personalized, scalable experiences using marketing automation platforms and knowledge of customer behavior to drive targeted and measurable outcomes.

Education
Minimum - 4 Years Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related
Years of Experience
Minimum - 3 Years of Marketing, Marketing Automation, Journey Building or related
In Lieu of Education
6 Years in Marketing, Marketing Automation, Journey Building or related
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $57,500 - $89,500 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus
