A company is looking for a Manager, User Training and Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Build a structured, scalable client onboarding and training experience for technical end users
Develop and maintain reusable train-the-trainer materials for internal teams
Create modular, role-specific learning assets and lead the creation of a client-facing knowledge base
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in designing and delivering training for technical workflows, with at least three years in healthcare revenue cycle
Strong instructional design foundation and fluency in adult learning principles
Demonstrated success in creating intuitive learning materials from complex workflows
High degree of autonomy and initiative, with the ability to prioritize and self-direct
Experience in a start-up environment, with strong collaboration skills and a bias toward action
