Oregon Licensed Senior Claims Director

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Director to manage complex claims and provide mentorship to junior adjusters.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze coverage and settle complex claims while managing the full life cycle of assigned claims files

Conduct thorough investigations, negotiate settlements, and prepare reserve and settlement authority requests

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior adjusters and act as a client advocate with carriers

Required Qualifications

High school diploma

Minimum of 7+ years of experience handling claims in the Medical Malpractice specialty area

Proven ability to manage complex claims at a senior adjuster level

Licensed or able to acquire necessary licenses for applicable states

Familiarity with industry standards and relevant claims management software
