Junior Staffing Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, drop-ins, and LinkedIn outreach .

Schedule and attend client meetings to introduce our staffing services and uncover workforce needs.

Partner with recruiters to align client needs with candidate pipelines and deliver workforce solutions.

Assist in coordinating and supporting on-site client visits.

Represent our company professionally in the local business community as a brand ambassador .

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and in-person prospecting .

Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Professional presence and demeanor with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license, clean DMV record, and reliable transportation (local travel required).

Hours : 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Rate : $25.00 per hour
