Well established hospice agency has a need for an experienced Hospice RN Case Manager to see patients in homes in and around the Norwood, MA area.




Requires minimum 1 year of Hospice RN experience with a Medicare certified agency.

• Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• Full-time, Contract
• No weekends or on-call required!
• Highly competitive pay rate plus IRS mileage reimbursement

?Primary nurse provides quality nursing care to identified Hospice patients. The scope of the primary Hospice RN includes direct patient care, coordination of patient and patient advocacy. Patient includes the individual, family/significant other and community. Must be comfortable with issues relative to end-of life care, death and dying.
