Summary :

The Manager Patient Engagement leads initiativesthat make healthcare easier to access, navigate,and experience. Combining project management,communications, and consumer engagementexpertise, this role designs and implements digitaland non-digital solutions that enhance the patientjourney and streamline workflows for care teams.Partnering across departments, the Manager mapspatient journeys, identifies opportunities, and drivesprojects from concept to completion-measuringresults and ensuring every patient touchpointdelivers clarity, ease, and value.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : Required : Bachelors or equivalent experience. Preferred : Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• License / Certifications : N / A
• Experience : Minimum 5+ years' experience managing marketing / brand / patient engagement initiatives, people, resources, budgets, and workflows. 5+ years related experience
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator and other related programs essential (preferred, not required)
• Proficiency with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
