Job Summary LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experience contract to hire Customer Service Representative I, filling a front-line role responsible for supporting our client’s logistics operations through accurate billing, documentation, and customer interaction. This position plays a critical part in ensuring smooth freight processing and resolution of customer inquiries. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Location : 2121 Garland St, Pasco, WA 99301 – 100% On - Site Work Hours : Mon to Fri 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM PT Compensation : $22.89 Per Hour Depending on Experience“Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. • Bill shipments in accordance with tariffs and pricing agreements
• Identify and correct documentation errors
• Respond to customer inquiries including shipment tracing, rate quotes, billing discrepancies, and invoicing questions
• Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, data entry, and billing
• Process freight discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages) and related documentation
• Operate on a loading dock environment that may be slippery and is not climate-controlled
• Walk and / or stand for extended periods
