Bilingual Registered Nurse - NY, IL, MA Licensed

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Bilingual Spanish & English for part-time day shifts in a remote medical call center.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage telephone service, documenting interactions in Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Conduct clinical assessments and triage patients via phone or patient portal, providing administrative support and coordinating follow-up care

Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring initiatives and facilitate referrals while collaborating with healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing

Minimum of 2-4 years of full-time clinical experience as a Registered Nurse

Previous telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems

Licenses required : Compact + NY, IL, MA

Ability to work remotely in a HIPAA compliant workspace
