AIP is looking for a Personnel Assistant III to work in Batavia, NY. The Personnel Assistant III (PA) is a part-time position, and takes direction from the Administrative Assistant (AA). The PA provides various administrative functions in support of the program staff. The PA III is expected to always exercise discretion because they will have access to sensitive employee and company data. The position independently processes various transactions and performs tasks beyond routine clerical such as scheduling for drug screening, TB testing, and annual physicals. The PA is responsible for data entry of daily labor exceptions into the TrueTime system and providing time and attendance reports. The position requires extensive knowledge of various software packages, including the Microsoft Office suite. The position works an average of 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (20 hours or less per week average). The schedule is flexible except for days when labor entries are due for payroll.
