Position : RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.

Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.

Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.

Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Engage in proactive communication with patients and families.

Achieve targets using strategic planning and pipeline management.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for effective communication.
