Senior Technical Recruiter

Schedule : M-F 8-5 (non billable lunch) flexable depending on business needs

This role will be mostly remote with some potential day(s) on site (in Palo Alto / SF Irvine / Tustin or Vancouver area) with flexability depending on business needs

This is what youll do :

• Lead and execute recruiting strategy that takes into account Companys need to hire professionals at the tops of their fields who are located all over the country and the world
• Develop internal communications and processes for high internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets
• Develop interview process that supports hiring for Rivians culture and values and work intensively with design engineering and business functions to improve every employees effectiveness at identifying the right talent
• Work hard exceed expectations challenge
