Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound calls to assist customers in protecting their appliances
Upsell extended warranties by demonstrating value and closing sales
Achieve sales targets while representing well-known brands
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least 6 months of sales experience (retail, phone, or otherwise)
Ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively
Motivation to compete and achieve performance-based rewards
Commitment to attendance and adherence to the work schedule
Technical readiness with a Windows 11 PC, headset, webcam, and reliable internet
