- Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of electrical plans.
- Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of any issues or changes that arise during the construction process.

- Job Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with National Electric Code
- Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
- Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
- This is a working Foreman position.

- Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong emphasis on electrical systems.
- Previous experience supervising teams on construction sites is essential.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and quality control measures.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively.
- Proficient in using tools such as an ohmmeter, megger, and rotation meter for testing electrical systems.
- Experience with rigid, Robroy, and Ocal conduit in industrial settings.
- Motor controls, VFD, ATS, MTS, knowledge is a must.
- Water treatment plants and pump stations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of work quality.
