Position Summary :

The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for growing franchise sales. The Franchise Sales Manager (FSM) sources, qualifies, interviews, and closes new franchise candidates. The Franchise Sales Manager will be involved in territory build and management of territory surveys for new franchisees. Must have ability to perform virtual candidate interviews across multiple time zones and build comprehensive business plans. Franchise sales experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the recruiting process from initial lead to franchise start.

Understand the competition and value-sell points of differentiation of the Matco franchise.

Manage the overall lead funnel and be expeditious in contacting and working leads through the funnel.

Coordinate and lead franchise sales events.

Forecast franchise sales.

Manage travel expenses.

Survey / map territories for new franchisees and developing territories for future franchisees.

Manage weekly calendar schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree.

Sales management experience.

3 years franchise, business, or direct sales experience.

Strong computer skills.

Ability to travel.

The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
