Administrative Coordinator

MPA is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the organization. The position is based in our Portland office. The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping our organization running smoothly and effectively, ensuring our staff and members have the support they need to succeed. We are expanding our administrative staff to keep pace with organizational growth and this is a new position at MPA. Exact duties for the role will be determined by the set of skills the best applicant brings to the position. This is a full-time (40 hours / week), unionized position reporting directly to the Field Strategy Director.

This position is based in our Portland office, with some opportunities for remote workdays. The Administrative Coordinator reports to MPA's Field Strategy Director. This position is full-time and unionized, with a starting salary range of $45,000 - $55,000. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement benefits, and more.
