Family Medicine Opening - Kalamazoo, MI J1, H1b Eligible Position Details - Full-time, permanent- Part-time also available- FQHC- Outpatient clinic- Schedule : 10Hr days - 8a-6p OR 10a- 8p- Must be willing and able to perform common office-based, outpatient surgical procedures (i.e. ambulatory surgery, stitches / staples, superficial burn treatment, biopsies, etc.)- Physicians embrace a team-oriented approach in providing healthcare and be comfortable working with and overseeing Physician Assistants and providing collaboration with Nurse Practitioners.- Averages 18 patients per day on the high end Compensation / Benefits - Highly competitive pay based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). - W-2 and 1099 employment optional- Opportunity to apply for up to $50,000 in loan repayment through the National Health Service Loan Repayment Program. - Sign-on bonus (to be discussed at interview)- CME Allowance - Excellent (cost-effective) Health Insurance- Vision & Dental Insurance- Company paid Life & accidental death- Company paid long term disability Insurance- Voluntary life, accidental death, short-term disability, and other supplemental offerings - Pre-tax 403(b) retirement plan - Paid Time Off (PTO)- 8 Paid Holidays Requirements - Acknowledgement of willingness and ability to perform common office-based, outpatient surgical procedures (i.e. ambulatory surgery, stitches / staples, superficial burn treatment, biopsies, etc.- Express intent for Full, or Part-Time position Certification Requirements - BLS- Board Certified- Board Eligible- Controlled Substance (CSR / CDS)- DEA
