We are supporting a large enterprise organization that is continuing to build out its Technology Procurement function. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants meaningful ownership, visibility, and the ability to shape procurement processes within a growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end procurement for mid-tier IT deals, generally ranging from $2K–$100K
• Lead vendor evaluations, quotes, negotiations, and contract reviews in partnership with IT and business stakeholders
• Negotiate renewals, pricing, and terms across software / SaaS, hardware, and IT services
• Support MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, license agreements, and subscription renewals
• Leverage Coupa to manage requisitions, approvals, POs, contract records, and renewals
• Track software licenses, maintenance contracts, and subscription utilization
• Ensure compliance with licensing terms and support internal / external software audits
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships as the procurement function continues to centralize
• Identify cost savings opportunities through re-sourcing, supplier consolidation, and negotiation strategy
• Help improve processes and documentation as the organization continues to scale
