Option 1 Staffing is currently seeking a sharp, dedicated, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a successful CEO in the Tech industry.

Qualifications and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate domestic and international travel
• Manage high volume and highly complex calendaring
• Organize and manage off-site meetings and team events
• Expense processing and reporting
• Comfortable in a driven, tech-forward, and high-accountability culture
• 5-7 years of tenured Executive Assistant experience with C-level support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and high tolerance for change
• Ability to problem solve and manage time effectively
