- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure timely, quality service delivery
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements for workflow and efficiency
- Serve as the go-to person for escalated tenant, vendor, and ownership concerns
- Lead, coach, and hold a 3-person team accountable to company standards and goals
- Establish SOPs and drive consistency across maintenance and property operations
- Monitor KPIs and use data to adjust strategies that improve performance
- Collaborate with other departments for reporting, coordination, and project support
- Run weekly team meetings and ensure staff are aligned and productive
- Train new hires and maintain a positive, retention-focused team culture Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in an operations or management role (property management is a plus!)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Proven success in resolving issues and managing escalations with professionalism
- A knack for improving systems, processes, and team efficiency
- Comfort working with property management software (Appfolio is a bonus)
- Organized, adaptable, and ready to take initiative Compensation : $50,000 – $60,000
