Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
- Develop and oversee the execution of detailed plans, budgets, schedules, and procurement and production needs for multi-channel promotional campaigns, including print and digital advertising, publications, promotional materials, displays, direct mail, e-mail, public relations, personal sales, website, and social media
- SEO, Assist in Web Design / Functions, Organic / Paid growth strategies, Competitor Comparison,
- Write, proof and / or edit copy for web and for print publication
- Digital content management of the website, email and social media accounts
- Evaluate, improve, and streamline content creation and proofing systems and decision-making processes
- Manage all components of digital ad campaigns, as well as Reporting & Optimizing
- Manage all components of Social media growth, content, and reporting key performance indicators to Marketing Director.
- Be a consistent brand guardian and mission champion
- Serve as liaison to staff for marketing resources QUALIFICATIONS :
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years related work experience
- Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, Google Docs ect)
- Proficient with website and email management systems (WordPress / Keap)
- Proficient with social media business account management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok)
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus (Photoshop, InDesign, or other)
- Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage the implementation of simultaneous plans and programs while effectively meeting deadlines
