Position Purpose :
The Retail Media Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day account management, campaign activation and maintaining strong relationships with Orange Apron Media partners. The Retail Media Account Manager will support onboarding new advertisers, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities to drive additional sales, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The Retail Media Account Manager will work closely with advertisers to ensure campaigns meet business objectives and provide ongoing support to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities :
- 25% - Account & Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships and nurture day-to-day long-term relationships with clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Oversee daily account activities, ensuring clients' needs are met and addressing issues quickly. Translate business objectives into marketing programs, provide real-time reporting, and manage vendor budgets. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure accurate and timely execution of marketing programs
- 35% - Campaign Activation & Evaluation - Collaborate with cross-functional partners (media operations, analytics, creative) to enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction. Plan, activate, and execute advertising campaigns across both onsite and offsite channels to maximize reach and engagement and lead vendor meetings on campaign activation. Evaluate the performance of campaigns, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- 20% - Onboarding & Client Support - Understand the objectives of each advertiser and collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive revenue; Lead the onboarding process for new service providers and supplier partners, ensuring they are fully integrated into the Orange Apron Media program and equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to advertisers, helping them navigate the program and achieve their goals.
- 20% - Sales Opportunities & Reporting - Work with internal teams to develop reporting tools, forecast client spend, and present findings and opportunities to clients. Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on performance and create customized recommendations in partnership with Retail Media Account Executive to enhance engagement and revenue growth.
