As a key contributor to the growing finance and accounting function, you will be involved in everything from core accounting operations to process improvements, project accounting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle accounting activities in compliance with GAAP : journal entries, accruals, prepaids, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and fixed assets.
- Manage and streamline month-end close processes, including project accounting support.
- Prepare and analyze key reports : ad hoc financial analysis, bank reconciliations, and cash forecasts.
- Identify and drive process improvements by documenting and standardizing accounting workflows.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and addressing audit inquiries.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or project-based environment.Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.Experience with intercompany accounting and foreign currency transactions (a plus).Advanced Excel skills – including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling.Excellent attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Strong written and verbal communication skills.CPA designation preferred but not required.
