Position Summary

As a Sr. Manager, Pricing & Packaging at ExtraHop, you will develop and execute pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer delight, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness. Reporting to the Director of Product Strategy & Operations, you'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to shape pricing models, define packaging approaches, and implement scalable processes. You will play a key role in evaluating profitability, driving growth in the business, and ensuring pricing integrity across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance growth and profitability, leveraging strategic frameworks and quantitative analyses
• Establish pricing for new products based on projected demand and profitability
• Create models to assess the economic tradeoffs between various alternatives for key decisions
• Conduct primary and secondary research to ensure consistency with industry best practices and customer delight
• Track market trends and keep up to date on prices in the ecosystem
• Translate strategy and analysis into documented operational requirements for implementation of approved pricing actions
• Understand multi-tier sales model and its impact on price setting
• Drive and manage implementation of pricing and packaging work with various stakeholders across the company
• Negotiate and influence internally to drive adoption of new pricing structures and strategies
• Develop and maintain internal controls over pricing activities to ensure compliance
• Maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards to monitor overall SKU health, data integrity and other key objectives and performance indicators
• Work closely with other teams to track movements in costs

Required Qualifications

The salary for this role is 150,000 - 180,000 + bonus + benefits
