We are looking for a Senior Manager - Salesforce Marketing Platform Owner to lead the (first-ever) strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution of how Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM work together to power engagement, growth, and sales productivity. It's a ground-up role with long-term impact on how we grow and serve our customers.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Salesforce ecosystem experience who can think strategically, influence across teams, and translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, CRM leadership, Data & Analytics, and MarTech teams to build connected processes, aligned critical metrics and integrated customer experiences. This role does not own channel strategy or operations. Instead, it focuses on upstream platform strategy, cross-functional alignment, and Salesforce ecosystem design to enable Customer Engagement, CRM, Sales, and Marketing teams to implement optimally.
Location : This role is approved for remote work across the United States or hybrid out of Ferguson's corporate offices in Newport News, VA, according to company policy.

Pay Range : $7,949.70 - $13,016.30 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
