Provide Holistic Patient Care :  You'll be the frontline of patient comfort and safety, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding), and ensuring a clean, supportive environment.

Administer Treatments :  Under the direction of our medical staff, you will accurately administer medications and perform prescribed treatments, including wound care and dressing changes.

Collaborate & Communicate :  Serve as a vital link between patients and the broader medical team. You will document patient progress in their confidential records, report any changes to the RN, and clearly explain procedures to patients and their families.

Leverage Your Knowledge :  Apply your clinical skills and understanding of various treatments, with specific knowledge of modern medications like Zepbound, Ozempic, and Tirzepatide being a significant asset.

Ensure Patient Safety :  Safely assist with patient mobility, transferring them from beds, wheelchairs, and stretchers with care and proper technique.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Skills) :

Licensure :  A valid and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia.

Experience :  A minimum of one year of professional nursing experience. We highly value backgrounds in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing, or sub-acute settings.

Certification :  Current and active CPR / BLS certification.
