Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Care2U is a fast-growing healthcare startup providing on demand, in-home, urgent, and acute care throughout Manhattan, the surrounding boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties, focusing on providing a patient-centered care experience. Our goal is to keep patients in their homes and out of the hospital.

We are looking for experienced "Nurse Practitioners" to respond to patient homes and treat patients in collaboration with our Telehealth Emergency Physicians.
